De Moed Taxidermy started during 1987 on the farm De Moed, in the Koppies District, Free State. There is also a Curios Shop, where various game trophies, leather goods and skins can be viewed and are for sale. Items available in the shop includes leather jackets, belts, hats, handbags, rifle bags, carpets, bean bags and poofs, all manufactured on the farm.

De Moed Taxidermy was started on the farm De Moed in the Koppies district, in 1987. It has been approved by the state veterinary to export game trophies worldwide.
