Andre Busch is a professional taxidermist with a passion for his work as a taxidermist, which started in 1990 at the South African Museum (SAM). Andre completed a lengthy apprenticeship while at SAM, and after almost 10 years left with a top class qualification in zoo preparation (taxidermy), to start his own business. All taxidermy processes are done in-house, at his own premises, including skinning, fleshing, tanning, moulding and casting as well as carpentry, final mounting and finishing.
